Heine Brothers’ Coffee - Heine Brothers' Coffee started in 1992 as an espresso cart in an east Louisville grocery. We roasted our beans three pounds at a time in a coffee roaster the size of a large mailbox. Our idea was to sell the world's finest coffees fresh out of the roaster to others as passionate about outstanding coffee as we are.

Daniel Gimbel :: Stone Artist - "As I cut stone, transform the raw, hard block of material, slowly sculpt it into some other three-dimensional form all of my senses are engaged: Dust, the sound of the mallet striking the chisel, stone chips and sweat, the intense physical labor, the stone’s coolness and textures, its smell of primeval seas create a Zen-like state as I work. The stone’s mass, coloration and shape guide me as I liberate the block into a flowing, sensual creation."

I caught the bug bigtime, and though life's events have not always cooperated, the passion has never waned."
